Tripwire Multimedia was establsihed in 1995 when the Internet was very still very much in its infancy and its possibilities barely realised. One thing was certain, though, its popularity was growing at a fantastic rate and it didn't look like that trend was going to change any time soon.
What many people begain to realise early on was just how anarchic the Web would become if standards were not implemented and adhered to. This was quickly proven by the flood of proprietary software which plagued the ether in a rush for dominance.
The lack of standards adherence in browsers alone meant that a web site which was developed for one browser would appear entirely differently in another.
Sadly little has changed. Developers are still fighting that fight today. As part of this battle, Tripwire Multimedia is assisting by building standards-compliant web sites for our clients.
Accessibility and usability always come first, but that doesn't mean your site can't look great too!
